Long Term Planning Committee

Established and approved by the Board of Directors to provide research, analysis, investigation, expert advice and recommendations on assigned tasks and projects. Assist the Board in developing, delivering and implementing approved resolutions to maintain and improve the collective investment for all homeowners.

Develop a long-term Strategic Plan for Riviera Gardens which maintains and enhances the financial value of individual and common property. Assist and monitor the implementation of proper maintenance, operations and upgrade according to the strategic plan.

Coordinate and collaborate with other committees, community manager and the Board of Directors as a team according to accomplish the vision, mission and goals of the Riviera Gardens Homeowners Association.
